Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai, India. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance and productivity
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales materials and campaigns
  • Create and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
  • Implement and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and addressing client concerns
  • Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance data to make data-driven decisions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Advanced negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and attention to detail
