Role Overview:
As a Runner at Delano Dubai, you will be a vital part of our hospitality team, supporting the smooth flow of service and helping to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your efficiency, attention to detail, and teamwork will ensure that food and beverages are delivered promptly and accurately, contributing to the seamless operation of our elegant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Support: Assist waitstaff by delivering food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests in a timely and courteous manner.

• Order Accuracy: Ensure all items are delivered correctly and presented to the highest standard.

• Communication: Maintain clear and proactive communication with the kitchen, bar, and service teams to coordinate smooth service flow.

• Ambiance & Cleanliness: Help maintain a clean and organized dining area by promptly clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.

• Teamwork: Work closely with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to support efficient operations during service and special events.

• Guest Assistance: Be attentive to guest needs, responding quickly to requests and assisting wherever needed to enhance their experience.

• Luxury Experience: You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment - luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, or exclusive beach club, showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Exceptional Skills: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary, allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
• Operational Knowledge: You’re proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software, with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
• Educational Background: A relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, is preferred, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
