Job Description

As a Reservation Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing our reservation department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maximizing revenue through efficient booking processes.

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the reservation department
  • Train, mentor, and supervise reservation agents to maintain high service standards
  • Implement and monitor reservation policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Analyze booking trends and occupancy rates to optimize revenue and pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Handle complex reservation inquiries and resolve guest issues promptly
  • Generate and analyze reports on reservation performance and key metrics
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant hospitality regulations and standards

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office operations
  3. Proven supervisory experience in a hospitality environment
  4. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows computer programs
  5. Strong knowledge of reservation systems and property management software
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  8. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  9. Fluency in Turkish & English; additional languages are a plus
  10. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions
  11. Knowledge of revenue management principles and practices
  12. Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  13. Ability to train and mentor team members effectively
  14. Familiarity with hospitality industry trends and best practices
