- Perform all assigned administrative duties for the team
- Assist the team in identifying and researching potential new business opportunities
- Support the sales team in building and maintaining a comprehensive database of potential customers
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential sales opportunities
- Prepare brief reports and summaries for the sales team
- Coordinate meeting logistics and follow-up communications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation
- Support Senior Director of Sales and up to 6 managers for their daily duties
- Generate team reports as and when required
- Assist other teams within the sales & marketing division whenever necessary
- Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times
- Carry out any other duties as and when necessary by the Management of the Hotel and department
- Assist in organizing external/internal events
Education
- Candidates must possess at least a GCE “O” Level Certificate
Experience
- Previous internship or part-time sales experience
- Knowledge of social media
Skills, Knowledge & Ability
- Strong computer knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera system
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
- Service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
- Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
- Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
- Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
- Self-motivated and energetic
