Company Description

Accor Hotels - Iris Portfolio is seeking an up-and-coming HR Professional to join our Portfolio of 17 Hotels as our Talent & Culture Administrator

 

 


Job Description

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Working closely with the Portfolio Talent & Culture Business Partner, you will provide administrative support meeting the operational needs of the Hotels, aligning with Accor Talent & Culture Strategies and policies.
  • Coordinating onboarding of new employees, and maintaining on-going support to our employees.
  • Maintain Talent & Culture Systems including Staff files, learning systems and Tracking.
  •  
  • Guest Experience component.

Qualifications

About You:

  • Self-driven, curious, with a strong desire to learn.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Experience within the Hospitality industry desirable.
  • Experience with Microsoft office suite, including excel and canva desirable.
  • Work Your Way with flexible work arrangements available, including location.
