Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Portfolio Sales Coordinator to join our collaborative, friendly and passionate team in a fast-paced environment across three hotels to scope new opportunities, build rapport with clients to convert business across multiple market segments, while offering excellent customer service and support the sales team. What you will be doing: 

  • Handling all administrative work and to ensure the smooth running of the department
  • Proactively respond to sales enquiries through a variety of channels in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare tailored client quotations and contracts, follow up, site inspection organisation with sales processes to effectively convert business opportunities
  • Build rapport and effective business relationships with professional, friendly process
  • Develop strong internal departmental communications and relationships with Revenue, Reservations, F&B, Front Office, hotel partnerships
  • Train and develop deep knowledge across property portfolio
  • Manage enquiries in Accor systems and reporting processes
  • Work effectively in a team as well as independently

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in hotel accommodation, venues, or travel is highly preferred
  • Excellent friendly and professional customer service via phone and face-to-face to establish a strong rapport with clients
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach while working effectively under pressure and managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Competency of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Opera, Opera Cloud & Sales Force is desirable, yet not essential
