Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and detail-orientated individual with a knack for numbers to dive into the world of hotel revenue management and sales. You will support and collaborate amongst our two teams to ensure Accor Salter Brothers Portfolio of 11 hotels remains competitive and profitable.   

As our Portfolio Sales & Revenue Administrator, you will assist in the management of data for both teams, preparing reports and maintaining our Property Management System to ensure operational efficiency and arcuate reporting. This is a key role in optimising hotel business, whilst delivering exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders. You will be a part of a community, receive mentorship support and career development opportunities as you grow in your role as a Heartist®.  

You will: 

  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly Revenue & Sales performance reports 
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including occupancy, average daily rate (ADR) and revenue per available room (RevPAR) 
  • Help create forecasts and budgets, collating and validating data  
  • Present Sales & Revenue trends with actionable insights for strategic decision-making 
  • Assist the Sales team with contract creation, client correspondence and follow ups 
  • Input and update group quotes and create group bookings into the PMS and associated systems  
  • Collaborate with Reservations, Front Office and Marketing teams to enhance revenue performance. 

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in hotel operations roles with Property Management Systems use 
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to make data-driven decisions. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 
  • Being curious & open minded with a collaborative mindset 
  • A willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.
