Job Description

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles: sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Develop & implement innovative recruitment strategies, leveraging digital tools for candidate pipelines.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and shape ideal candidate profiles.
  • Champion employer branding through recruitment marketing and outreach.
  • Promote DE&I principles and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Assist with preparing employment contracts, letters, and documentation for new hires and exits.
  • Support the development and upkeep of HR policies and procedures.
  • Respond to general HR queries and coordinate internal employee communications.
  • Liaise with operations and finance for onboarding, offboarding, and compliance.
  • Support the administration of performance review cycles and training logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with employment and data protection laws.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment and HR administration.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, discretion, and relationship-building abilities.
