Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled People & Culture Executive specializing in Recruitment to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in attracting, assessing, and onboarding top talent to support our organization's growth and success.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (smart recruiters) to manage candidate information and streamline recruitment processes
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions
  • Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to promote employer brand
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures related to recruitment
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators
  • Provide Manning Reports & Control of yearly budget
  • Support other HR initiatives and projects as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
  • Understanding of current recruitment trends and social media recruiting techniques
  • Experience with employer branding initiatives
  • HR certification) preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
