Job Description

  • Managing multiple heterogenous brands with various market specificities & disparities.
  • Harmonizing SEO & Content Strategy between our different markets & regions, to ensure we achieve an efficient & sustainable operating model with built-in quality.
  • Educating our corporate stakeholders (Hotels, Operations, Senior Management, etc.) to the specifics & benefits of SEO, adapting level of sharing to their SEO proficiency and upskilling them whenever appropriate.
  • Managing the FR scope of our all.accor.com website.
  • Defining and own our Eco/ Super-Eco brands’ SEO strategy, working closely with SEO agencies for delivery, and the Global SEO Team for alignment.
  • Managing multiple SEO projects with a strong focus on content architecture & creation.
  • Ensuring efficient use of budget while maximizing visibility of Accor across the Web.
  • Measuring continuously your SEO performance with a data-driven mindset.
  • Constantly challenging our digital ecosystem and push for harmonization across brands, templates & performances.

Qualifications

  • Min. 3 years relevant experience in SEO, Content Marketing or e-Commerce.
  • Native French & Fluent English (main working languages) are mandatory.
  • Business degree, ideally within Digital Marketing and Social Media content strategy.
  • Proficiency with Content Strategy and Web Content Projects management.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO measurement and web KPIs & analytics tools (Google Analytics/GA4, PowerBI, Google Search Console, etc.). 
  • Technical SEO understanding is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Agency and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expert knowledge of CMS tools (e.g.: AEM) is a strong plus​.
  • Highly data-driven and results focused.
  • Working with cross-functional team & multiple project owners.
  • Customer-centric, with the ability to manage non-SEO stakeholders’ expectations and take part in their upskilling.
  • Italian language proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Any proficiency in another European language (German, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, Polish) is a plus.
