QUALIFICATIONS 

• University / Master's degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR departments of multinational companies - hospitality sector is  preferable
• Excellent command of English
• Self-motivated, having a career target for Human Resources, good human relations and problem-solving skills, analytical, team player, punctual, organized

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee payroll processing, including salaries, benefits, deductions, and tax compliance.
• Ensure payroll operations align with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with updated payroll information.
• Prepare payroll reports and collaborate with finance and HR teams.
• Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues.
• Support audits, reporting, and compliance with tax and labor regulations.
