Responsible for overseeing the upkeep and repair of the hotel's facilities, ensuring a safe and functional environment for guests and staff. This role involves managing a team of maintenance technicians, coordinating maintenance and repair activities, and ensuring the proper functioning of essential building systems. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, and maintaining compliance with safety and building codes.
