Job Description

  • Collaborate with various internal teams to understand ongoing & upcoming changes like loading, marketing, commercial, revenue, loyalty.
  • Treating escalation tickets raised by end user to ensure timely assistance while ensuring quality service standards.
  • Assist L1 SDL Manager to monitor quality per the defined KPIs & highlight the same monthly.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and information dissemination across all Level 1 team members to ensure consistent skill levels and operational efficiency.
  • Assist L1 SDL Manager to ensure that all (new) functional processes are applied correctly.
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team & address the same via training sessions.
  • Identify the need to evolve the knowledge database & raise the concern with the dedicated team following the process in place.
  • Provide support to the provider in a different cultural and linguistic context
  • Contribute constantly to the optimization of the quality of service
  • Have an overview of the distribution operations and a good knowledge of the processes delegated to the service provider
  • Availability and reactivity to provide quick answers to interlocutors

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or sales support
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Thai 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, results-oriented approach
