We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Laundry Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Laundry Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our laundry facility, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Supervise and coordinate laundry operations, ensuring adherence to hotel standards and procedures
• Manage and train laundry staff, promoting a collaborative and customer-focused work environment
• Oversee the proper use and maintenance of laundry equipment and chemicals
• Maintain accurate inventory of linens, uniforms, and supplies
• Implement and monitor quality control processes for all laundered items
• Ensure timely distribution of clean linens and uniforms to hotel departments
• Collaborate with other departments to meet the hotel's laundry needs efficiently
• Prepare and analyze productivity reports and recommend improvements
• Enforce safety and hygiene standards in the laundry facility
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly
• Participate in budget planning and cost control measures for the laundry department
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

• Diploma or degree in hospitality management or related field
• 4-5 years of experience in laundry operations within 4-5 star hotels
• Proven supervisory experience in a laundry or housekeeping setting
• In-depth knowledge of industrial laundry equipment and processes
• Strong understanding of chemical usage, safety protocols, and environmental procedures
• Excellent inventory management and stock control skills
• Proficiency in creating and analyzing productivity reports
• Outstanding leadership and team management abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to laundry operations
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
