Job Description

Kids Club Coordinator     

To promote children facilities to guests as well as entertain children and create a golly atmosphere using our facilities in order to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort.  

  Always maintains a pleasant personality and attitude towards different age groups especially children.

  • Ensures that children in the Kids Club are in-house or members only and accompanied with a parent or nanny.
  • Creates a free of hazards, healthy, safe and friendly environment for children.
  • Maintains all toys, instruments, machines in the kids club are clean, tidy and is in a good physical condition at all times and are cleaned after each use.
  • Ensures that Kids club’s rules and regulations are followed at all times.
  • Ensures that the children in Kids Club are safe, supervised, and accounted for at all times.
  • Plans and coordinates with recreation manager regarding children activities within the Kids
  • Plans and organizes activities for the children within the Kids Club.  
  • Provides and promotes events for kids by improving existing facilities and creates a relaxing atmosphere.
  • Creates programs daily / weekly / (weekend) / monthly basis.
  • Promotes activities by putting up flyers and calling up members to inform about the activities.
  • Designs brochures & posts on the signboards and distributes members and guests.
  • Reports to recreation manager all incidents and accidents accrues in the Kids Club.

Performs any other task assigned by recreation manager.


Qualifications

  • Appropriate related education level.
  • Minimum two years' experience in children's programming or childcare in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and lead engaging activities for various age groups
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, friendly demeanour
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and child management software
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of child safety regulations and best practices in childcare
  • Experience in arts and crafts, music, or sports activities desirable
