• Collecting The Room Assignment Sheets And Distribute To His Team
•  Collecting The Floor Master Key And Dispatch It To His Team.
•  Handles The Log Book Register Information. Define Early Make Up, C/O,       Expected Arrivals And VIP Rooms
•  Distribute Priority Rooms To His Team
• Ensure Sufficient Linen, Supplies, Tools And Equipments Are Available In His Floor.
•  Checking The Floor Corridors
•  Inspecting Vacant Rooms.
•  Report Ready Rooms To HK Office.
•  Make Maintenance Requests And Follow Up Repairing.
•  Inspecting Expected Arrival Rooms.
• Verifies And Update Discrepancies Report.
• Checking Occupied Rooms’ Number Of Pax.
• Reporting DND, R/S, S/O, OOS And OOO Rooms To HK Office.
• Monitoring The Room Boys How They Clean The Rooms
• Inspecting VIP Rooms Before Arrival.
•  Follow Up Daily Staff Work Assignment.
•  Maintains Cleanliness, Completeness, Condition And Correct Arrangement In His Area.
• Maintains His Floor Pantry Locked, Neat A

Diploma or equivalent qualifications
Minimum of 3 to 4 years of similar experience
Written and verbal communication skills in English
Able to develop rapport with colleagues and management staff
Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
