Job Description

  • Create unforgettable first impressions with your natural charisma and love for Aotearoa, making every guest feel genuinely welcomed and valued
  • Deliver warm, professional service to all guests and colleagues, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression
  • Manage smooth and efficient check-ins and check-outs, showcasing seamless service from arrival to departure
  • Be a proud ambassador of the Accor ALL loyalty program - clearly explain and promote its benefits to enhance guest stays
  • Uphold and embody the Heartist values in every moment, bringing authenticity and care to every guest experience
  • Contribute your energy and passion to a vibrant Front Office team, helping to create a premium and memorable hotel experience every day

Qualifications

You will be:

  • Experienced in Front Office, Concierge, or Reception (Hotel experience preferred but not essential)
  • A natural people person who makes guests feel at home with ease and warmth
  • Organised and efficient, with strong communication skills in both writing and speaking
  • A supportive team player who thrives under pressure and can confidently work independently
  • Energetic and proactive, always aiming to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Familiar with OPERA or similar systems (experience with OPERA is a plus)
