General Manager - Swissôtel Uludağ, Bursa

As the General Manager of Swissôtel Uludağ, Bursa, you will be an ambassador of the Swissôtel brand. Located in the heart of nature, Swissôtel Uludağ offers guests an unparalleled experience, blending modern luxury with the serene beauty of the surrounding environment.

Your leadership, exceptional interpersonal skills, and strategic vision will be key to driving an engaged team, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maximizing operating results. Leadership and Business Management

• Define the overall management and strategic direction of the property, ensuring that all departments achieve their operational targets.
• Increase profitability, optimize financial management, and ensure maximum efficiency in property operations.
