General Manager - Swissôtel Uludağ, Bursa

As the General Manager of Swissôtel Uludağ, Bursa, you will be an ambassador of the Swissôtel brand. Located in the heart of nature, Swissôtel Uludağ offers guests an unparalleled experience, blending modern luxury with the serene beauty of the surrounding environment.

Your leadership, exceptional interpersonal skills, and strategic vision will be key to driving an engaged team, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maximizing operating results. You will leverage your commercial and business acumen to surpass targets, while positioning Swissôtel Uludağ as a competitive, sought-after destination in the marketplace.

This role requires the ability to embody the Swissôtel brand in every aspect, from the service standards to the design and ambiance, creating an extraordinary experience for both guests and staff, while embracing the hotel's natural surroundings and Swiss values at its core.

You will be responsible for:

Leadership and Business Management

  • Define the overall management and strategic direction of the property, ensuring that all departments achieve their operational targets.
  • Increase profitability, optimize financial management, and ensure maximum efficiency in property operations.
  • Guarantee full compliance with operational controls and legal regulations, ensuring seamless execution of all operations.
  • Represent the brand, ensure the consistent implementation of all brand standards, and strengthen the property's market position.

Team and Culture Management

  • Actively participate in the recruitment process for key positions within the property to select the best candidates.
  • Foster employee engagement by creating a collaborative and inclusive work environment where everyone is encouraged to contribute ideas.
  • Develop a strong service culture among all hotel teams, ensuring high motivation and productivity.
  • Build strong relationships within the local community to enhance the property's regional impact.

Service Excellence and Guest Experience

  • Maintain the highest product and service quality standards to exceed guest expectations.
  • Continuously improve operational processes and develop innovative solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a similar hotel brand or business

  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated success in driving the commercial performance of the business and delivering on KPIs.
