The General Manager of an MGallery Resort plays a key role in shaping the guest experience, team culture, and long-term success of the property. Close collaboration with ownership ensures transparency and strategic alignment. Above all, the GM acts as a visible, approachable host delivering authentic hospitality that creates lasting memories. The role requires driving overall strategy and performance in line with Accor brand standards and M Gallery’s “Memorable Moments” philosophy, fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture while offering refined, locally inspired luxury experiences.

In this role, you will:

• Demonstrate open-minded leadership by embracing innovation, fostering continuous learning, upholding Accor and MGallery standards, and building strong collaborative relationships to inspire creativity and redefine hospitality

• Drive business success by implementing strategic plans, leading targeted sales and marketing efforts, maximizing profitability, preserving assets, and fostering a performance-driven culture
• Empower the team by mentoring talent, promoting professional growth, and fostering a safe, innovative, and supportive work environment
• Ensure clarity and alignment by communicating vision clearly, translating strategies into actionable goals, leading projects transparently, and fostering open collaboration among stakeholders.
• Inspire peak performance through authentic leadership, fostering innovation, building consensus with stakeholders, celebrating success, and championing sustainability for lasting impact.

• Proven track record as a General Manager in a luxury resort or high end leisure destination.
• Experience in beach, pool, villa, wellness, and spa operations.
• Strong knowledge of F&B programming and lifestyle-driven revenue opportunities.
• Financially astute, with experience managing both daily budgets and long-term capital investments
• Proven ability to manage seasonal talent and training challenges in a resort environment
• Clear experience in owner relations and building long term asset value.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Charismatic and approachable, with a natural ability to connect with guests and colleagues.
• Passionate about local culture, storytelling, and creating authentic experiences that define MGallery’s identity
