Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist the Engineering Executive in maintenance and operations of general utility equipment.
Maintain and operate laundry and kitchen equipment according to specified standards.
Respond to and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedules and complete necessary reports and work orders.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of all tools and equipment.
Assist in managing par stock and preparing store requisitions.
Identify cost-effective use of resources and maintain accounts of materials used.
Practice safety in all aspects of the job and follow all safety and security measures.
Report any missing or broken property to the Engineering Executive.
Maintain high levels of personal hygiene and be courteous to guests at all times.
Keep workshop and engineering machinery areas clean and tidy.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Engineering Executive.
Helping the Engineer in analyzing all guest complaints and feedbacks.
Helping the Engineer in analyzing all machinery history and complaints.
Should be aware of company’s business plan.
Should be aware of departmental financials.
