Mercure Perth on Hay is a 127 room full service property located near the beautiful Swan River in the heart of Perth CBD. With multiple conference spaces and a sweeping indoor/outdoor F&B dining space, this is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team.

Job Description

Looking to step up in hospitality? We’re on the hunt for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our awesome team at Mercure Perth on Hay.

If you’re someone who loves being on the floor, knows how to keep a team motivated, and can deliver top-notch service with a smile — we want to hear from you!

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor you will:

  • Lead with exceptional Guest Experience, ensuring our visitors and guests have a memorable and wonderful stay and great dining experience.
  • Provide leadership for your team and lead by example when offering efficient service across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  • Recruit, train and welcome new F&B team members and encourage them to live the HEARTIST way.

 


Qualifications

 

  •  Previous hospitality or F&B supervisory experience
  • Guest obsessed focus with the ability to flex in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to navigate through change and provide quick thinking solutions should problems arise.
  • Leadership qualities, with the ability to extend yourself to assisting your colleagues where needed, maintaining high levels of communication with the Kitchen and Front Office teams.
  • RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and Approved Manager – essential
  • Flexible with hours – able to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Barista or cocktail experience is a bonus!
