We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations.
- Manage sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and reports
- Maintain accurate customer database and sales pipelines
- Coordinate with various departments to execute sales-related activities efficiently
- Support the sales team in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies and materials
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with minimum 1 year experience in sales support or coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive, customer-focused approach to problem-solving
- Basic understanding of sales metrics and reporting
