Food & Beverage Attendant - Part Time

Our signature restaurant, ‘Miss Mi’, provides a culinary journey through South East Asia; from the lanes and alleys of Shanghai to the rice fields in Vietnam, 'Miss Mi' embraces the new while honouring the past - creating a multi-sensory dining experience. 

You will join our Food & Beverage team and assist in the smooth operation of our F&B outlets. Your food and beverage knowledge is unrivalled. You are guest obsessed and have built your reputation on delivering exceptional dining experiences with a focus on building a culture of intuitive service that creates special moments for all guests. You will be part of an F&B team that delivers outstanding service across breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as an extensive bar offering and our meetings & events space.

• An unbridled passion for food and a love of sharing your 'food stories' with our patrons
• The confidence to explain our menu to guests with gusto, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences as well as providing enthusiastic assistance when recommending wine and beverages
• An ability to find the "Yes" in every situation
• A passion for maximising sales opportunities by upselling items
• A calm nature in the midst of a fast-paced environment
• A team player with the ability to assist in all areas of F&B operations during peak times

• Previous customer service experience.
• Experienced in A la carte/Wine service/Coffee making is preferred. 
• Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
• The ability and flexibility to work 3 to 4 shifts over 7 days, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
