Step into a leadership role that celebrates bespoke excellence, authentic storytelling, and the joy of creating extraordinary moments. As Director of Food and Beverage, you will curate experiences that blend culinary creativity with French Zest and local spirit.

From our signature restaurant and bars to banquets, in-room dining, and our gaming lounge, you will lead with purpose, passion, and precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the entire Food and Beverage division, crafting bespoke guest experiences that reflect Sofitel’s art of hospitality.
  • Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to design menus and signature moments infused with French flair and local inspiration.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans that promote the hotel’s Food and Beverage experience and elevate brand visibility.
  • Champion operational excellence, driving P&L performance, budgeting, inventory, and sustainable profit growth.
  • Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and HACCP compliance across all outlets.
  • Mentor and develop a passionate, high-performing team that embodies the Sofitel spirit of elegance and excellence.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor insights, and guest feedback to identify new opportunities and enhance experiences.
  • Foster collaboration with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction and luxury experiences.
  • Build lasting relationships with suppliers, artisans, and industry partners to strengthen our culinary identity.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in senior Food and Beverage leadership within a luxury or lifestyle hotel environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop diverse, multicultural teams.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and driving profitability.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest engagement.
  • A genuine desire to deliver excellence, innovation, and world-class experiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.
