Food & Beverage Attendant

Swissôtel Sydney is seeking for a passionate Full-time Food & Beverage Attendant to join our high performing Food & Beverage team in Ten Stories Restaurant for dinner services.

About the role:

• Contribute to the operations of Ten Stories and provide support to the team to effectively operate the restaurant during dinner services.

• Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests, in house and external

• Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures for all aspects of the venue

• Execution of excellent guest experience, product and presentation standards

• Ensure legal and compliant requirements of the bar operations are adhered too. 

• The ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury service

• Previous experience in fine dining and à la carte services

• Strong communication skills and beverage knowledge

• Excellent personal presentation

• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card

• The availability to work a rotating roster 

• Possess full time working right in Australia
