Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the hotel’s financial operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cost control, and full compliance with Accor standards and local regulations. The Finance Manager will play a key role in supporting the strategic financial direction of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily financial operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Income Audit, General Cashier, and Cost Control.
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing processes.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
  • Maintain full compliance with Accor policies, internal controls, and Turkish financial regulations.
  • Provide regular financial reports, insights, and recommendations to the DOF and General Manager.
  • Manage internal and external audit processes.
  • Monitor cash flow, revenue streams, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
  • Support and develop the finance team, fostering a strong financial discipline across departments.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of finance experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Prior experience with Accor brands is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Opera, Sun System, or similar PMS/financial systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent command of English (written & spoken) is mandatory.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment.
