Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Executive to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Events Executive, you will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of corporate and social events, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and memorable experiences for our clients.

  • Manage the entire event planning process, from initial client consultation to post-event evaluation
  • Develop creative and innovative event concepts that align with client objectives and budget constraints
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Handle event inquiries promptly and professionally, providing the highest level of customer service
  • Conduct site inspections and client meetings to understand event requirements and showcase venue capabilities
  • Create and manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics plans
  • Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently
  • Generate post-event reports and analyze feedback to continuously improve event offerings
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and retain existing clients
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance event planning and execution strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Proven experience in event planning and management, preferably in upscale or lifestyle venues
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency in event management software, including Microsoft Office, Opera, Delphi, and Cvent
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings and weekends as required
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Knowledge of event planning best practices and industry trends
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and vendors
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Familiarity with local regulations and cultural considerations for events in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (preferred)
