Job Description

Are you passionate about creating extraordinary events that leave lasting impressions? We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Executive - Outside Catering  to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an integral part of our organization, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-profile events that exceed client expectations and showcase the vibrant culture of Dubai.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets for a diverse range of corporate and social events
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into exceptional event experiences
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
  • Handle incoming event inquiries professionally through multiple channels
  • Create detailed event proposals, including venue selection, function planning, menu curation, and accommodation arrangements
  • Maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining client satisfaction
  • Manage on-site event operations, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently
  • Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into event offerings
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare comprehensive reports for continuous improvement
  • Assist in developing sales forecasts and strategies to achieve departmental targets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in event planning and execution, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Knowledge of event industry trends and best practices
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Familiarity with Dubai's culture, regulations, and event landscape (preferred)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
