Job Summary:  The Equipment Operator is responsible for operating a variety of heavy and light equipment to support landscaping and grounds maintenance. This includes aerial lift for tree trimming, preparing sites, installing and maintaining landscaping features, transporting materials, and ensuring the safe operation of machinery. The ideal candidate has experience with landscaping equipment and is committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing outdoor environment.

What you will be doing:

• Operate aerial lift in order to access and trim all trees on property.
• Assist with site preparation for landscape installations including grading, trenching, and excavation. Transport materials such as soil, mulch, rocks, and plants to areas.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
• Assist with planting, sod installation, irrigation system installation, and other landscaping tasks as needed.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisor and maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and vehicles.

Your experience and skills include:

• Certified Aerial Lift operator.
• Fork lift certified.
• Ability to operator heavy equipment.
• Tree trimming experience required.
• Strong safety awareness and safety record
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Valid driver’s license

Hourly Rate: $26.12 USD

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining U.S. work authorization.
