We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our team in Ras El Hekma, Egypt. The ideal candidate will lead and oversee engineering projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.

• Supervise and coordinate engineering teams on various projects
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Analyze technical problems and provide innovative solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Review and approve engineering designs and drawings
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management
• Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations
• Implement and maintain quality control processes
• Manage resource allocation and optimize team performance

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field)
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
• Minimum 5-7 years of engineering experience, with 2-3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong project management skills and experience leading engineering teams
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite
• In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, safety protocols, and quality control processes
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Egypt
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends
