Job Description

In this role you will:

  • With a hands-on approach, effectively manage the Hotel Front Office operation to achieve a reputation as a market leader in individualized guest focused service in the hotel.
  • In absence of the Heads of Department, overseeing the day-to-day operation of the hotel while and ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
  • Ensure hotel targets around RPS, NPS, Loyalty and room upselling are met to ensure KPI’s are achieved.
  • Ensure the operation of an effective night audit function in conjunction with the Financial Controller to ensure accuracy of this daily function whilst maintaining customer focus.
  • Monitor all Very Important People (VIP’s), special guests and their requests to and their needs are met and loyalty is maintained.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
  • Excellent grooming and presentation skills
  • Service oriented with an eye for details
