We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Duty Manager to join our team in Mysuru, India. As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading our staff to achieve operational excellence.

• Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth running of the facility
• Supervise and motivate staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
• Monitor and maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Manage staff schedules and allocate resources efficiently
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance
• Resolve conflicts and make decisions in high-pressure situations
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
• Prepare and submit reports on daily operations, incidents, and performance metrics
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency

• Proven experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Superb organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in handling emergency situations and conflict resolution
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
• Familiarity with property management systems and relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages such as Kannada and Hindi is a plus
• Understanding of local regulations and safety standards
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
• Goal-oriented approach with a focus on achieving operational targets
