We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Duty Manager to join our team in Mysuru, India. As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading our staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth running of the facility
- Supervise and motivate staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
- Monitor and maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage staff schedules and allocate resources efficiently
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance
- Resolve conflicts and make decisions in high-pressure situations
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
- Prepare and submit reports on daily operations, incidents, and performance metrics
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency
- Proven experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Superb organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in handling emergency situations and conflict resolution
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Familiarity with property management systems and relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages such as Kannada and Hindi is a plus
- Understanding of local regulations and safety standards
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented approach with a focus on achieving operational targets
