Job Description

 

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans, including goal setting, budgeting, and forecasting to maximize revenue across group, transient, and catering/banquet sales
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to adapt strategies and ensure business growth
  • Lead and manage the sales team, including recruitment, performance management, and professional development
  • Oversee all marketing, advertising, and public relations activities in collaboration with corporate departments
  • Actively participate in sales presentations, property tours, and high-level customer meetings
  • Engage with community and professional organizations to maintain visibility and promote a positive brand image
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales programs, developing new strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and guest satisfaction
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market

 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable hospitality school with minimum 10 years of Sales management experience or at least 2 years in a similar capacity with proven records
  • High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of global markets and business acumen
  • Excellent proficiency in English (reading, writing, and oral communication)
