· Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote the Pullman brand, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
· Manage and optimize hotel website content and user experience (UX) to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
· Utilize digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to monitor website performance and make data-driven decisions.
· Oversee social media strategy and content calendar, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement across all platforms.
· Collaborate with the Sales and Revenue Management teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals and drive direct bookings.
· Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing best practices
· Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute digital marketing initiatives effectively.
· Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing roles within the hospitality.
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content management systems (CMS).
