Job Description

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.
  • Manage and update hotel website content (including SEO optimization).
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LINE, TikTok, etc.).
  • Write and edit marketing content in both English and Thai (must be able to read and write Thai fluently).
  • Manage online advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and monitor performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance and website analytics.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (F&B, Rooms, Wellness, Sales) for promotions and campaigns.
  • Work closely with graphic designers and agencies to ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage online listings and OTA content accuracy.
  • Monitor online reviews and support reputation management efforts.
  • Provide flexible support to the Marketing Department on additional tasks, campaigns, events, and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, prior internship or relevant experience in digital marketing is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai, with the ability to read and write Thai fluently.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, and content creation.
  • Familiar with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Canva, or similar platforms (preferred).
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to interpret digital performance data.
  • Proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support various Marketing Department tasks.
  • Flexible with working hours as required by the nature of hotel operations, including weekends or public holidays when necessary.
