How does your working day look like... 

• You are responsible for the smooth execution of the breakfast service during early shifts, ensuring a warm and welcoming start to the day for our guests.
• You independently manage your station, maintain clean tables and well-organized work areas, and coordinate seamlessly with the service and kitchen team – even during peak breakfast hours.
• You ensure that our high quality and service standards are consistently met throughout the breakfast service and actively contribute to memorable guest experiences.
• As a trained hospitality professional, you keep a clear overview at all times, react quickly to guest needs, and create those small but special “wow” moments in the morning.
• You take responsibility for the training and onboarding of apprentices, sharing your expertise, guiding them in daily operations, and supporting their professional development within the breakfast service team.

Your personality counts more than your CV... 

• You have completed training in hospitality or already gained valuable experience in the service industry.
• You are a true early bird and enjoy starting the day early to deliver an outstanding breakfast service.
• You place great value on high-quality breakfast service and understand how important a positive morning experience is for our guests.
• You genuinely enjoy working with people and have a heart for apprentices, taking pleasure in guiding, supporting, and motivating them in their development.
• You are passionate about food and beverages and the details that make a great breakfast truly special.
• Above all, you bring not just your skills, but also your personality, dedication, and positive attitude to the team.
