Barista / Food & Beverage Attendant - Part-time

Pullman Sydney Airport is our luxury property boasting 229 rooms, an Executive Lounge, Mobius Bar & Grill and 5 versatile conference rooms.

Mobius is one of the best restaurants near Sydney airport and Mascot. Breakfast at Mobius is made of fresh artisanal breads and pastries, charcuterie, fine cheeses and hot dishes – which then morphs into all-day antipasti and tapas selections. Lunch and dinner is a vibrant blend of modern Australian and Asian cuisines – at the live wok station and signature open grill. At Mobius Bar & Grill, we think global and cook local, using only regionally produced ingredients.

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and teas with precision and care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station 
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers to enhance their experience
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Stay updated on coffee trends and product knowledge
• Any other duties as prescribed by the manager

• Previous barista experience and strong communication skill is necessary
• Strong Barista skills, (espresso, pour over etc.) particularly when working at high volume/handling multiple tasks
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage safety standards
• Ability to make people feel welcome and remembered
• Available to work flexibility in AM shifts (6 am to 12 pm) across the week
