• Ensure that all responsible service of alcohol procedures are practiced at all times
• Interact with all guests – take orders, making beverages etc.
• Greets guests
• Ensure service standards are met
• Ensures that approved service sequences and standards are maintained at all times
• Ensures that all opening and closing procedures are carried out to an acceptable standard
• Take responsibility to ensure all required tasks are completed accurately and within given time frames
• Participate in scheduled training and development programs provided by Accor
• Abide by the Accor policies in relations to equal employment opportunity and harassment in the workplace

• Previous barista experience in a busy hospitality environment is essential
• RSA certificate
• Be a team player and pride yourself on your ability to deliver outstanding customer service
• Have strong attention to detail and a keen willingness to learn
• An ability to understand and navigate complex stakeholder environments
• Strong focus and passion for airport operations
• Must be available from 3.45am - Mondays to Fridays

This role is base at the Qantas Lounges at the Perth Domestic Airport (T3&T4)
