Banquet Operation

• Organize and transport all supplies required for the set-up of a function
• Assist in the set up and break down function rooms according to standard operating procedures
• Prepare and ensure mise-en-place is complete
• Deliver F&B/banquet services in accordance to departmental standards and procedures
• Ensure that all service and storage areas are kept safe, clean and locked
• Report any complaints, incidents or any other irregularities to management
• Perform functions of cashiering and dispensing of beverages as assigned

Other Responsibilities

• Be well versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
• Attend all meetings and trainings as assigned by management
• Apply necessary precautions with regards to the hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Assist Food & Beverage Outlets in their operations within peak times when needed
• Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B services, outlets and hotel services/features
• Perform other duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel
• Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships

• Demonstrated proficiency in reading, writing, and oral communication in the English language is essential
• Impeccable personal presentation and professional grooming standards are mandatory at all times
• Superior communication skills and adept problem-solving abilities are crucial for this role
• Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage products and service standards is required
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with strong interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail
• A minimum of one year of professional experience in food and beverage service is mandatory
• Extensive experience in customer-facing roles is essential
