Job Description

  • Manage a team of housing staff, including maintenance workers, and other support personnel.
  • Address heartist concerns, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure heartist comply with housing rules and regulations, handling conflicts or violations when necessary.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of housing units, ensuring that the facilities are safe, clean, and in good working order. Schedule regular inspections, pest controls and maintenance checks.
  • Coordinate emergency repairs and preventive maintenance efforts.
  • Monitor and control operational costs, such as repairs, utilities, and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records of housing operations, including maintenance requests, heartist communications, financial reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with the Talent and culture team for new hire onboardings
  • Tasks listed but not limited to the above.
  • Support Talent Culture with the day-to-day tasks as needed including employee relations.
  • Job task will include preparation of new hire rooms and bed spaces
  • Housing inventories and audit compliance.
  • Work experience within Housekeeping and GCC region is a plus
  • Familiar with MS Office applications and housing reports. 

Qualifications

  • Strong management and interpersonal skills to supervise staff and handle tenant relations effectively.
  •  Experience in property management, housing, or a related field is an advantage 
  • Ability to perform light physical tasks, such as walking the property, inspecting buildings, and lifting moderate weights.
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
