As our next Commis Chef, you…
Are curious about food, always willing to try new combinations and flavours.
Assist in the preparation of the dishes in a timely fashion and agreed standards.
Observe excellent food hygiene practice through the entire food chain from storage through to preparation and service.
Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.

Our hotel offers 172 rooms, 11 conference rooms, Restaurant, Bar and Room service. Full Leisure facilities including, Gym, Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

- Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or higher).

- Exhibit strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse kitchen environment.
