Job Description

As a Talent and Culture Manager at Sofitel Luxembourg, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture, driving talent development, and ensuring our team members are both engaged and inspired. Your strategic vision and passion for people will contribute directly to our reputation as an employer of choice and a leader in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Lead our recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires that aligns with our brand's standards of excellence.
  • Design and oversee training and development programs that foster career growth and enhance team capabilities.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring a harmonious work environment where diversity is celebrated and everyone feels valued.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address team needs, promoting high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and hotel policies, acting as a trusted advisor on all HR matters.
  • Drive initiatives that reinforce our unique culture and values, making Sofitel Luxembourg an exceptional place to work.

Qualifications

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You bring at least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • You are fluent in English and French; any additional languages are a plus.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • You are knowledgeable about labor laws and HR best practices.
  • You are innovative, strategic, and passionate about creating a positive work environment.
