As a Mixologist at Fairmont Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in our pre-opening team, curating exceptional beverage experiences that exceed guest expectations. Your creativity, knowledge of mixology trends, and dedication to crafting unique cocktails will contribute to establishing Fairmont Mumbai as a premier destination for discerning travelers and local patrons alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and innovate cocktail recipes that showcase local flavors, seasonal ingredients, and global trends, ensuring a diverse and compelling beverage menu.
• Deliver personalized service to guests, engaging with them to understand preferences and recommending bespoke drink options.
• Execute precise and efficient preparation of cocktails and beverages, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to pair cocktails with food offerings and create harmonious dining experiences.
• Maintain inventory of spirits, wines, and other beverage ingredients, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, promoting responsible alcohol service practices.
• Contribute to training programs for bartending and service staff, sharing knowledge and techniques to enhance team capabilities.

• Proven experience as a Mixologist in a luxury hotel, upscale bar, or renowned cocktail lounge.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixology techniques, with a passion for experimenting with new flavors and ingredients.
• Strong understanding of beverage cost control and inventory management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, maintaining composure and creativity under pressure.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
