The Mini Bar Attendant at Fairmont Riyadh is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the mini bar services within the guest rooms. This role involves maintaining inventory, restocking items, and ensuring guest satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

   • Regularly check and restock mini bar items in guest rooms.
   • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
   • Ensure all mini bar items are properly labeled and priced.

2. Guest Service:

   • Provide excellent service to guests, responding promptly to any requests or issues.
   • Handle guest inquiries regarding mini bar services and charges.
   • Ensure guest rooms are supplied with requested items in a timely manner.

3. Quality Control:

   • Maintain cleanliness and organization of mini bar areas.
   • Check expiry dates and quality of all mini bar items.
   • Report any maintenance issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.

4. Billing and Reporting:

   • Accurately record and report consumption of mini bar items for billing purposes.
   • Prepare daily reports on mini bar activities and submit to the supervisor.
   • Ensure proper billing of mini bar charges to guest accounts.

5. Compliance and Safety:

   • Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
   • Follow proper hygiene and sanitation standards.
   • Ensure the mini bar operations comply with Fairmont Riyadh's standards.

6. Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.

• Ability to stand, walk, and reach for extended periods.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and maintaining a high level of physical activity.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and billing procedures.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
