Job Description

  • Take responsible for driving strategies to improve revenue
    performance, optimize channels, improve rate parity, and champion best practices defined by the MEAPAC Digital & E-commerce specialist teams.
  • Take responsible for providing expert support to hotel teams, and you will serve as the foremost advocate for digital and e commerce excellence throughout the perimeter of countries.
  • Drive consistent application of regional and global digital and e commerce standards implemented across the portfolio of hotels.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Performance teams to plan annual campaign and activation needs
  • Support hotels in developing Digital marketing strategies, including support on budget preparation.
  • Support hotels to improve Digital marketing practices, advocating for the use of Property Commercial Audits and action plans.
  • Ensure that all hotels within the region adhere to digital best practices established by the Digital & E-Commerce Specialist team in MEAPAC.
  • Deliver Digital & E commerce training programs to educate and empower relevant stakeholders across the region, including property level teams.
  • Develop talent and expertise across the in hotel Digital teams .
  • Partner with RM team teams to review hotel pricing strategies that align with Accor's overall strategy, and support on ensuring rate parity across distribution channels.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and support for hotels regarding OTA marketing activations
  • Monitor and assist in ensuring Rate parity together with the Revenue Director/Manager throughout all distribution channels

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Digital performance role
  • Flexibility to travel within the Asia region
  • Strong communication skills in English and Thai are essential for this role.
  • Strong communication skills across functions, teams, and geographical hubs
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts and trends
  • Balancing the diverse needs and priorities of different hotels and stakeholders within the region, while adhering to Accor's global digital and e commerce standards.
