• Greet and welcome guests
• Be knowledgeable of and operate within the Food Safety Program (e.g. Awareness of allergies and dietary requirements)
• Maintain hygienic food service techniques at all times.
• Maintain clean and neat presentation of Lounge bar and floor areas, following set opening, closing and daily procedures.
• Take responsibility for your designated section and station.
• Our Passengers are your first priority !

• Customer service experience or experience in a similar environment
• An awareness of food safety practices preferred.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (optional)

• Time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Strong personal integrity
• Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition and high level of energy
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members
• Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change
