We are seeking a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen and work alongside our incredible high-performing team.

To be successful in this role you should: 

• Be experienced in Grill, Pan and banqueting service
• Demonstrate  a high level of responsibility within a kitchen brigade  (experience working within a hotel environment is highly regarded)
• Work in conjunction with service teams to ensure quality product and service to guests 
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of programs to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and related outlets 
• Lead employees by setting a positive example 
• Maintain excellent presentation standards 

Your experience and skills include:

• Experience in a similar role, within Grill, Pan and banqueting kitchen
• Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a diverse team
• Proven experience in leading, training and developing teams
• A true love and passion for food and creating genuine memorable guest experiences
• Full Australian working rights
