• Develop and implement cashier procedures and policies.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling and security protocols.
• Monitor daily cash flow and reconcile cash drawers.
• Manage inventory of cash registers, supplies, and equipment.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Train and motivate cashiers to provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure that cashier areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in cash handling and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
