We are ready to welcome a Food and Beverage Supervisor to our guest obsessed team in this influential role. You will oversee day to day Restaurant, Bar and Conferencing operations to deliver a flawless service experience at every part of their journey.

We are looking for someone who will represent our friendly and professional service philosophy. A proactive attitude that translates to a high performance mindset and outstanding attention to detail will also be brought by the successful applicant. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and talented team.

• Ensure efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests.
• Provide for guests and patrons an experience and environment they feel meets their expectations.
• Ensure staff are competent in all service procedures and they are able to maximize sales to guests.
• Set up and pack down of events/conference rooms and coordination on the day when required.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Flexibility to work various shifts including week-ends, nights and public holidays
• Excellent communication skills
• Being a true hospitality professional dedicated to providing customer service excellence
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
