Your Key missions:
- Strategic F&B&E management : Develop strategies to enhance culinary & service experience and profitability.
- Staff supervision: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
- Cost control and budget management: Effectively manage budgets and optimize operational costs.
- Daily operations management: Oversee operations, including menu planning and quality control.
- Customer relationship development: Foster close customer relationships and gather feedback.
- Interdepartmental collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent customer experience.
